I am passionate about helping investors build sustainable virtual wholesaling companies. My primary specialties are team building and marketing. Over the past ten years as an investor, I have personally interviewed, hired, and trained over 700 virtual assistants. How is this different from all of the other countless coaching groups and communities?

This is a dynamic community that is continuously updated with the latest marketing trends. Unlike a traditional course with weekly coaching calls, you’re investing in access to insider information and proven guidance. We prefer to call this approach "democratized consulting." Although the format is "one-to-many," meaning many investors receive the same information, the advice is highly specific to your company.We have found that over 80% of what we teach investors about marketing is "plug-and-play," requiring little customization at the start. The remaining 20% of customization occurs during the second, third, or fourth months of your marketing campaign. At this stage, company-specific adjustments may be necessary—for example, replacing a cold caller. Even in such cases, there are only a limited number of potential issues, which can be effectively addressed within a group coaching setting.

Why should I stick around for more than a month?

Our community is continuously expanding and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends. Real estate marketing is fluid; while the core fundamentals remain consistent year after year, the specific areas you target can change significantly. For example, I used to target Tampa as part of my Market Hopping strategy. However, in 2024 and 2025, after four years of marketing there, I decided not to include Tampa in my annual marketing campaign. These shifts can occur rapidly depending on your market. Certain zip codes may not be effective to target in January but become highly favorable by July. My team is always monitoring the US market to identify the best zip codes and lists to target, ensuring you can reach a motivated audience before your competition does.

Which Plan is right for me?

Each plan is designed with you in mind. We offer varying levels of support for where you are in your wholesaling journey. The Pro Plan is perfect or individuals without a team. If you are a solopreneur or a one-man show, this plan is or you.

The Plus and Platinum Plans are perfect for investment companies with virtual assistants. Too often, investors do not have a training program for their VAs. Oftentimes, their VAs quit because they do not have the adequate support from the owner. If you have a team of 2 - 5 cold callers, then these plans are for you.

Our team will audit your VA's calls, grade their performance, and offer our honest feedback on their ability to perform the job.

How do I know this community will be here the whole year if I pay annually upfront?

Equipping decision-makers with the timely information they need to achieve great things and training virtual teams is my passion. I am very comfortable in an advisory role and prefer to do this full-time. Personally, analyzing markets presenting my findings to investors, and training staff is not work for me; I can do it all day, every day.

Whether I have one person in the group or one thousand, I will keep the group open because I love data analysis, researching, and witnessing those "aha" moments when people digest my information. There is truly no better feeling for me.

What's included in the live calls?

The live calls are a mixture of coaching calls, marketing update calls, and "office hour" calls. I determine the topic based on the feedback from the community to ensure we are touching on relevant issues. For instance, if optimizing dialers seem to be an issue, I'll adjust our weekly training call to go over this.

For the virtual assistant training calls, we will primarily go over relevant issues as they relate to cold calling. Some of the live training calls will address issues that lead managers are dealing with, like objection handling. However, the calls are primarily meant for virtual assistants in a cold caller role. They typically need the most training as many of them are raw as the attrition rate for the position is high - meaning new cold callers are constantly entering in the market and more tenured cold callers are either promoted to different positions or switching careers.

Can my lead managers / follow up specialists, acquisitions managers, and admin VAs join?

We do not suggest that acquisitions managers join. Follow up specialists can join if you have them doing both cold calling and follow up duties. Typically, if you have fewer than 100 leads in your CRM, your follow up specialist should be spending their shift cold calling. The reason is because there are not enough leads to follow up with during a full 8-hour shift.

Admin VAs are encouraged to join if they are supervising your cold callers. While they will not be required to do mock calls or actively participate in the training sessions, monitoring how training sessions are conducted can help them be more effective team leaders.
